Rv Power Awning Does Not Roll Up Straight

Has it had a lot of water pooled in it or maybe it is just somewhat old.

Rv power awning does not roll up straight.

My power awning would not retract flush to the motor home. Not sure i fully understand but i toss out a suggestion. However it closes and opens completely despite the twisted roll. Atsource on 05 21 10 09 53pm i have a dometic power awning on my new tt which doesn t seem to be rolling up evenly.

If it does not then the problem lies with the awning wiring. If the awning does not seat correctly yet. Roll the awning back up to confirm that it rolls up straight and the arms line up properly. If it did show 12 v then that means the awning wiring is fine and the issue lies with the motor.
